Event Details:
Join us for a fantastic dinner featuring the
beers from COAST, South Carolina’s newest brewery in Charleston! Jaime
and David will be on hand to speak about Pop the Cap, the joys of
running a brewery, and to guide us through four of their beers, each
paired with a delicious course from Matt & Chris at Saluda’s.
Menu as follows:
1st Course:
Seared diver scallop with citrus aioli and Pancetta cracklings on a bed of baby arugula. Paired with 32/50 Kolsch.
2nd Course:
Fontina and white cheddar bisque and a French baguette. Paired with Hop Art IPA.
Main Course:
Shaved
Havarti prime rib on a bed of pomme frites and a white truffle dijon
sauce. Paired with the just-released Honey Wheat Pale ale.
4th Course
Sweet apple-pecan bourbon brie, paired with “Red Legs” Scotch ale.

There may be a few special surprises in store, but we can’t spill
