Come on out tonight and try some HopArt on Cask. We took the IPA, put it on oak chips and hops, and fermented for 4 weeks!

Tapped at 5 until it runs out.

Our first cask ever and the first in Charleston. Nice.

    Story of my life. I haven’t been on the blog in a few days and realize that I missed the big Hopart party. :-( Y’all need to develop a mailing list!!
    So, how was it? What’s the chance that there might be a drop or two left over?

    Great, yet short, write-up on high gravity beers in today’s paper. I’m glad that y’all were the feature picture and main points of the article.
