Besides a mailing list I see an rss feed link for comments on posts, but you should put an icon out in the sidebar for posts themselves. I tried getting the link myself but for some reason it gets the feed but doesn't go to the site via links. If you do it via feedburner, people can do either via rss or get instant email notification when you post. Easier than doing a new mailing list (and it's free).
