We’ll we’ve done it. We got a small bottling machine and we’re officially putting our labor of love in bottles. Charleston Beer Exchange and Whole Foods to start with. We might be putting a call out soon for volunteers to help with bottling, labeling, dating, etc so be ready.
Our latest seasonal, Rye Knot Brown, is out now. A bit more rye-ier than last year and so creamy and delish. Up next is one of David’s favorite styles: Smoked Porter (Alaskan’s version had him fall in love about 12 years ago!). We used cherry wood smoked malt for a very intense smoke but not at all harsh.
