Tours and Tastings are going well, we are hoping to add another day soon.
Event Horizon, our cascadian dark ale, is flying out the door. Super hoppy with a wide range of hop varietals but dark in appearance. Really just an awesome brew. It is going a little faster then we had planned so there looks to be a delay before the next seasonal, Rye Knot Brown, comes out in October.
The current batch and all bottles dated 9/7/10 of 32/50 Kolsch are FILTERED. The previous several months have all been unfiltered. Good to change it up sometimes to see the differences.

Other big news is that a new 30 bbl tank is due to arrive in October. More details on that soon. Cheers!
